Category 3 blackwater is a health hazard, not a cleaning job. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE and follow IICRC S500 protocol from the first step, not just the parts that are convenient.

Containment goes up before extraction starts, because the goal isn't just removing the water, it's making sure contamination doesn't spread into rooms that were never affected.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room sewage cleanup call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Every sewage job follows documented contamination protocol, not an improvised approach.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
Sewage calls get priority dispatch given the actual health risk involved.
Every part of sewage cleanup work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Classification determines PPE level and which materials must be removed, not left to guesswork.
Dedicated extraction equipment prevents cross-contamination from clean-water jobs.
This is a safety call based on contamination science, not a cost-cutting shortcut.
Every surface touched by contaminated water gets treated with hospital-grade antimicrobial solution.
Odor gets addressed through disinfection and controlled airflow, not masked with fragrance.
The space gets verified against a safe standard before we call the job complete.
This is the same sequence every sewage cleanup job follows, regardless of size.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Sewage Cleanup jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
We don't cherry-pick which sewage cleanup jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.

Genevieve K., Hollis Center"Professional and thorough despite an unpleasant situation."
Silas D., Hollis Center"The smell was genuinely gone after treatment, not just masked temporarily."
Ines M., Hollis Center"Full containment meant we could reopen the rest of the dining room the same evening."
Bartholomew F., Hollis CenterIf your question about sewage cleanup isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.

Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Hollis Center address isn't treated as a lower priority for sewage cleanup.
